Returns and Exchanges


At Nenya we are aware that it is essential you are happy with your frames.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your frame we will refund or exchange items that are in the same condition you received them.

To return your frame, please email us to inform us of your return on: clare@nenyahome.com

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of the original order. If 14 days have elapsed unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds and exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Goods Arriving Damaged

If your frame arrives to you damaged please do contact me within7 days of receiving the goods. Pleaes do send a photograph of the frames to show the damage. We will then discuss refunds, repairs or exchanges from there.
